Liquid Gel to Bone

Bioengineers at Rice University have developed a liquid gel type material that when injected into the human body can form bone-like structures.  At room the temperature the liquid gel remains a gel but once it hits body heat temperature it solidifies into a bone.  This new technology could help people who have been living with problems due to injury or disease.

Ghost Shark without a stomach

Scientists have been baffled by a recent string of animals being discovered without stomachs.  One that scientists have been looking deeply into the so called "ghost" shark.  Instead of having a stomach it secretes enzymes along a digestive path.  And one other thing about this animal, it is just so gosh darn adorable
